Located just as you enter Las Conchas in Rocky Point, Villa Hermosa I is a great place for those who want to stay close to town, but still been on a very private beach and secure gated community. Villa Hermosa I has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 14 people. Two master bedrooms with ocean view have king size beds plus double futons. The third bedroom has two full beds plus a double futon. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, ample seating on the living room with great view of the Sea of Cortez. If more room is needed, Villa HermosaI is located on the second floor with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Homes are completely separated. During December to February and July to S Ieptember rent 2 or more nights and get one free. Except holidays.
