As you enter the courtyard you will find an inviting and well kept home with lots of palms trees, flowers and trees that will make you feel at home, entering the home you will find a well-appointed living room with incredible ocean view, a decorative fireplace and a beautiful dining room, a perfect place to enjoy family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with all small and major appliances a perfect place to prepare meals at the end of the day. Step out of the living room onto your own private patio with spectacular view of the sunset over the sea of Cortez.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful ocean view. The second and third bedroom have queen size beds. The fourth bedroom has two full beds. The fifth bedroom is outside separated from the main house and it has a queen bed.
