This home is unique in that it has 6 private rooms with their own private entrances each with a private bathroom, ocean view and patio access. There are 3 bedrooms with King size bed, 2 with Queen size and one more with a day bed with a trundle.
The main part of the house consists of the kitchen/great room area, which is completely separate from the bedrooms and a separate entrance. The living are has a couch and loveseat, a 27 in. T.V. For use with a DVD/VCR and a wood-burning fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). The remodeled kitchen has a breakfast bar is fully equipped with new major appliances, including dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. There are two dining tables to accommodate 12 people. Other amenities include Air Conditioning, patio furniture, and charcoal BBQ (bring own charcoal).
