Gracias a la Vida I is an incredible 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront home in Las Conchas. The experience of this property begins as soon as you pull up to the circular driveway and enter the home into the living room. You will be greeted by amazing cathedral ceilings, a great fireplace, exposed solid wood cabinets, and many other decorations. The gourmet kitchen, which is open to the dining and living areas, features a large island bar, electric stove, fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee makers, and custom cabinetry with all cooking utensils. The master bedroom has a gorgeous king size bed and access to the patio allowing you to enjoy the breeze of the ocean. It also includes a double sink, spacious walk-in closets, and a huge walk-through shower. The second bedroom, queen size bed included, has a full size bathroom and easy access to the patio. The third bedroom comes with two queen size beds perfect for kids. There is a third full size bathroom in the hallway which is also accessible from the third bedroom. The large ocean-side patio offers a 180-degree ocean view, beautiful furnishings, and propane BBQ. Other services offered include: WiFi,  A/C and heating, ceiling fans, plenty of parking, and satellite TV. Note: If more room is needed, Gracias a la Vida II is available downstairs.
