"Las Conchas", an exclusive gated community with 24th hour security, is the first settlement of homes on the beach on the East side of Rocky Point. Homes in Las Conchas have all the services from the city and it is located just 5 minutes driving distance from Rocky Point. Even if you don't rent a beachfront house, the 2nd or 3rd or 4th row back homes have a great ocean, town, night star gazing, estuary and mountain views. It will take you less than 2 minutes walk to get to the beach.The Old Port (fish market, restaurants, bars and shopping) is within 10 mins driving distance from Las Conchas in Rocky Point. **** Please Note: ATV's and Jet Ski are not allowed inside Las Conchas. If you are bringing them, guards will not let you go in. There are storage on Freemont Blvd that you can rent per day to storage them.

El Mirador area in Rocky Point is located in the heart of town. Rental units on this area are walking distance to famous Manny's Beach Club, Pink Cadillac, Pithaya Bar, Baja Cantina and Al Capone's. The fish market at the Old Port is less than 5 minutes away driving distance. The ocean at the mirador area is the perfect spot to snorkel or scuba diving.

Las Palmas condominiums in the Mirador are very unique. All condos are facing the ocean and they have their own patio. There is a total of 26 units at this complex so it is more private and relax. The ocean is just about 20 steps away from each unit making it easy for you to watch your kids playing on the beach. Enjoy watching dolphins go by while drinking a Margarita from you condo. Las Palmas is walking distance to Pink Cadillac or Manny's Beach Club. Most units here have garage available.

Located on the west side town after Sandy Beach, Cholla bay is now one of the favor spots to rent for those who love to bring down four wheel drive toys. At cholla bay you can enjoy miles of desert and the famous Cholla Bay Hill where you can ride your ATV'S or other toys. You can also find lots of rental boats that can take  you deep fishing any day. If none of that is for you, you can always go to JJ's Cantina and have a few beers right by the water on the beautiful oceanfront patio with amazing sunsets or dig clams right in front of your rental place. Even though all homes have electricity from the city now, water still need to be deliver. Be conservative with water when you rent a place in Cholla Bay.

Sandy beach area in rocky point is what the locals call Playa Bonita. It is the closest beach to town. Restaurants, bars, shopping, harbor, ATV's rentals, are whitin walking distance from most of the rental places in this area. Sunsets at Sandy beach are the most beaufitul to watch.

Playa Encanto is located 25 mins away from town on the East side of town. The homes here are self sufficient, they run on solar power and generators and water is deliver by truck every other day while you are renting. Be conservative with water during your stay. Encanto is a perfect spot for those who want to run away from the daily hassle life. The beach here is very private, secluded and clean.
