The check in was easy, please note you have to pick up the keys at a different location. The pick up spot was on the 8 so pretty accessible and on the way to the rental. They have an additional check in process and ask you to upload a picture of your ID. Positives, AC worked really well. We turned it off a few times because it got so cold. The kitchen was stocked with plates, pots, etc. Black out curtains in the rooms, beach towels, food recommendations (didn't try any). About 15 minute drive from downtown. Five minute walk to the beach. Parking in the rear. Small negatives. The wifi went down every night somewhere between 6 and 7 pm. It came back on usually around 9 pm. The shower was not very warm, though never cold. I will say, one night around 10 pm the water completely stopped working. I didn't say anything as I wanted to wait until morning and by then it was working. For the price, the place was fair. I'd consider staying there again. Note, there are 2 additional rentals.

first time staying here overall it was a great stay, quite and chillin spot. only down side for me was the pickup and drop off keys. Also the extra paperwork and id submitted was a nahh for me.

Space is perfect for families . Everything you need is already there. Cooking utinsels , spices , toiletres , paper goods , filtered water and even beach towels . Peaceful neighborhood , will book again for sure.
