We have 39 beachfront homes and condos in Rocky Point: Las Conchas (24), Mirador Area (3) and Sandy Beach (12). Las Conchas has beachfront houses in a gated community; Sandy Beach has resort condos right on the beach.

Are any beachfront homes pet-friendly?

Yes, 19 of them welcome pets, $25 per pet. The resort condos don't allow pets.

What are the tides like in Rocky Point?

The Sea of Cortez has some of the biggest tides in North America. At low tide the beach grows and tide pools appear to explore; at high tide the water comes close to the terraces.

How does payment work?
