To secure a reservation, a down payment of about 30% is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid at the scheduled check-in date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include: Credit Card / Debit Card / Check (ask us how to) / Cash.

All reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made more than twenty-five (25) days before the scheduled check-in date will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within twenty-five (25) days of the scheduled check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the full down payment.

By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Standard check-in and check-out times are as follows:

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

Guests must vacate the property by the designated check-out time unless otherwise approved.

Guests agree to follow all house rules during their stay, including but not limited to:

1. Illegal Activities: No illegal activities are permitted on the property.
2. Parties and Gatherings: No parties or large gatherings are allowed without prior approval from the property owner.
3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
4. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
5. Pet Policy: For pet-friendly properties, guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Pets must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended on the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pets cause excessive dirt or damage.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without refund.

Guests acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of members of their group during their stay.

The Company shall not be held responsible for any of the following:

• Accidents or injuries sustained by guests or their visitors.
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Any damage, accidents, or injuries resulting from the use of the property, its furnishings, or amenities.
• Damages caused by natural disasters, severe weather, or other acts of nature.
• Interruptions or outages of utilities or services, including but not limited to power, water, internet, or other services beyond the Company's control.

Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.
