What's the largest vacation home for groups in Rocky Point?
Our largest homes sleep up to 18 guests: Serenity Beach, Villa dei Sogni, Villa de la Playa. In total we have 13 homes for 10 or more guests, most of them in Las Conchas.
What's the minimum age to book?
18 is the standard. Some owners require more for their home, and it's applied more strictly during Spring Break — we'll confirm it for the home you choose.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes — 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, out of respect for the neighbors.
Can we bring pets?
In homes marked 🐾, yes — $25 USD per pet. Please let us know in advance.
How does payment work?
A down payment (usually 30%, 50% on some homes) when you book, and the rest at check-in. Pay online with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
