Can’t beat the location, walk right onto the beach!! AC kept up with the 100+ degree heat, so we always stayed cool while inside. We visited during the monsoon season so having a garage was a plus and while others next door to us experienced power outages we did not so that in itself was priceless. We had everything we needed while there! I would suggest if you are a seashell lover bring or buy buckets because there are lots of treasures to find at low tide.

The condo was exactly as described: bright, clean, and steps from the beach. Location is Perfect for sunset walks or early sunrise walks. The condo was Spotless upon arrival; bed was comfy and the space felt well cared for. The Host was quick to respond and gave clear check-in instructions. I'd gladly stay here again for a relaxing beach getaway.

We love working with Mar de Cortez. Their units are always clean and in working order. We had a problem once and they immediately sent someone to fix it. The communication is awesome (always proactive and great follow up to make sure everything is in working order) and everyone is very friendly. If you are renting a place, I highly recommend them, others in Puerto Penasco just don't compare; we know because we have used other companies in the past and there is no comparison to the great service you will receive from Mar de Cortez. Any places they manage will be great, we have rented more than a few locations from them.
