The master and second bedrooms each have a private bathroom, and there is a full bathroom in the hallway.
Please note that one of the bedrooms is detached from the main layout of the house.

Besides not having hot water everything was ok

We are regular visitors to Las Olas II. We try and make it to Las Conchas/Rocky Point twice a year and always use Mar de Cortez as our management company to rent from. The unit is clean and the complex is convenient to all that is important to us. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars for everything is the outdoor space wasn't very clean. Firepit needs a new safety screen and screen door replaced. We will be back though and already figuring out our next dates.

I think it is time to get rid of the bunk beds and go with twins or a queen.

Las Olas II 2 Is a very nice unit. Bright colors and very clean…felt at home right away. Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils needed to make your stay comfortable. And a great patio with easy access to the pristine beaches of the Sea of Cortez. Last but definitely not least… the staff at Mar de Cortez is second to none. Helpful and smiles on all their faces at all times, they are ready to answer any questions or take care of any concerns you may have. Thank you. We will be back to Las Olas II 2.

there should be a gate installed by the shower. the bed in the master could be lower, it is very high and as I get older (over 60) it gets harder to climb into.
