This beautiful oceanfront condo in the Las Conchas community features a timeless transitional style, blending contemporary and traditional furniture for a classic design.
The fully equipped kitchen and living room offer all major and small appliances with ample seating.
Large sliding doors in the living area open to reveal breathtaking ocean views and refreshing sea breezes.
The master and second bedrooms each have their own private bathroom, with a full bathroom in the hallway for convenience.
Please note that one of the bedrooms is detached from the main layout of the house.
All linens and towels are provided for your stay.

No ATVs, UTVs, Razors, Rhinos, or Jet Skis are allowed in the Las Conchas Community (per HOA rules).
No fires or fireworks are allowed on the beach (Las Conchas HOA rule).

Our family of 3 really enjoyed the 3 night stay at the one of the Mar De Cortez rental properties. The unit was clean, spacious and right on the beach which was exactly what we were looking for. The beach was nice, and we will be looking to go back again.

Las Olas II 10 is a very nice place to stay. Price is right, location right on the beach is excellent, and the unit is perfectly stocked to meet all your cooking and relaxation needs. To make the entire stay perfect…the staff at Mar de Cortez are second to non. Always greeting folks with smiles, Zederic, Francisco, and Carlos instill confidence that they are there to assist you to ensure your stay is exceptional…thank you👍😎 If I needed to offer any recommendations…it would be to have a second garage door controller for the 2 car garage. But that was not a show stopper for us…we know how to improvise, adapt, and overcome. Mar de Cortez, thanks for another great visit to your lovely seaside city of Puerto Penasco, Mexico…we will be back!!

We stayed 6 nights in mid October. The weather was perfect. Beautiful sunsets. Played golf a couple of times at Las Palomas. $75 cart included. Shopped and had lunch at the Malecon. The restaurant had great food and a wonderful view of the sea. The condo was excellent right on the beach and very quiet until the weekend. The beach has lots of small sea shells but can be walked barefoot. 2 downsides. 1: the stairs to the beach are very steep for seniors like us. 2: we were approached twice on the property by locals trying to sell a service/product. Not cool. Other than that, we were very satisfied.
