This was our second time staying at this property and it was just a great this time as the last time. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! We look forward to our next visit!

Lovely little beach house that my family loved. I’ve stayed many places in Puerto Penasco and this was free of the typical problems like no hot water or no water. Place was charming and clean. Well appointed kitchen.

My husband and I rent this house every year for our anniversary we spend anywhere from 7- 12 days there and we love this house. We love the location we love that it has the fenced yard one suggestion that we need to make is it needs to be handicapped accessible meaning both showers make it very difficult for people to get into that might be handicapped with no hand grips if him grips were placed into the other bathroom like the one in the master room that would be very beneficial and I'm speaking this from experience I am handicap at this point and having those handles would have been very helpful because I could not use the master bedroom shower only because the steps were too high The other one was more convenient however I had to take my walker inside the shower with me each and every time if I had handles to get in and out it would have made it much easier for me. Also the toilets are so low to the ground it is like for children so when you have adults coming in that may have bad backs and knees it makes it very difficult for them to utilize that therefore I had to bring my portapot in order for me to be able to use the toilet. by any chance there was any way to be able to have an outside outlet to where you could plug in a fan that would be beneficial so that you can actually stay outside and enjoy the ocean side instead of having to run inside where it's cooler because there is no air outside or ceiling fans placed on the patio other than that we have no other suggestions. We will continue to utilize and rent this home every year for our anniversary as we love the layout and the convenience of being on the beach. As for office staff could not ask for better they are all very kind helpful friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers that is what my husband and I love and look forward to. Coming down to Rocky point Los Conhos Mexico is what we look forward to each and every year for our anniversary most of the time it's just my husband and I to come down and still rent this house even though it's a three bedroom two bath only one year did my son and his wife come which was very nice because there was the extra room I love that now we have the option of being able to have house cleaning come in in between our stay which makes it very convenient and makes the place feel clean after being there for so many days. I honestly can say that I would not rent a different location of a home but this one we sacrifice this year for our anniversary to delay it a week later then on our anniversary because the homeowners were there during our anniversary time which was great because coming a week later worked even better for us because it was very quiet and we had no neighbors. We got to see lots of dolphins and having Peter come around on regular basis to see if there's anything that we need whether it's tamales or anything picked up from the store and etc is great he is amazing works very hard and I would recommend him for anything. Peter does go above and beyond out there in Los conchas to make sure that everybody is happy and has exactly what they need he goes from boat rentals to jet ski rentals and etc please plan on utilizing Peter as he is a great source to be able to fulfill your stay while spending your days in Los Conhos. We do wish that they would still allow the horses to come by as the owner of the horse is always made sure that they had their diapers on and never utilize the beach for utilizing their bowels people look forward to these such as me as I am a horse lover and look forward to this every year that is the one thing that I can say that I do miss coming to Los Conchas so if by any chance this could be allowed even though it's HOA there would be a lot more beneficial to everyone that enjoys riding the horses in the ocean along the ocean shore and just experiencing the getaway from all stress I believe that the HOA needs to consider bringing them back and allowing this to happen because during this time I would see these horses come across and never did I see not anybody on these horses they were always busy horses. But it still will not keep us from joining and visiting our favorite location for our vacation stay we get one vacation a year and this is where we come and this is where we will continue to come.
