WE STAYED FOR THE 4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS AT CASA NIXON AND IT WAS REAL COZY. THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. WE WILL DEFENETLY TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION IF WE BOOK AT LAS CONCHAS AGAIN. WE GOT TO MEET THE OWNERS ROBERT AND KIM, THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE.

This quaint little 2 bedroom had everything that our family of three and our dog needed for a lovely vacation. Mar de Cortez does a wonderful job of appointing even their inexpensive units with all of the amenities that are needed for a comfortable stay. Everything in the unit worked well and the floors were thick enough that we couldn't hear the guests in the unit above ours. We love using Mar de Cortez for our Puerto Penasco getaways and will always call them first when looking for a great vacation rental!
